Mr. Folarin Adeola FCS (Managing Director/CEO, Portfolio Advisers Ltd)

Folarin Adela is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ogun State. He
had his MBA from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State and Msc Corporate
Governance and Finance from the Liverpool John Moores University in U.K. He also
attended Cranfield University School of Management, Bedford, England. He served in
management capacity at Summit Finance Company Limited and WSTC Financial Services
Limited before joining Independent Securities Limited. He left Independent Securities
Limited in December, 2009 as The Chief Operating Officer. He is fellow Member of
various professional associations including the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the
Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, the Certified Pensions Institute of Nigeria, and
the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. He has attended various courses in Nigeria
and abroad and has special bias in Strategic Management and Leadership Evolvement
and Development. He is also a member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria. He
is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and the prestigious Harvard Business School. He
is a Member of the Lagos Country Club.
